Hi, I am Belinda. A Clinical Psychologist and PsyBA Approved Supervisor

I am a registered clinical psychologist and a PsyBA approved supervisor. I am passionate about supporting the growth and development of psychologists, particularly those early in their careers. My supervision focuses on creating a reflective and supportive space where psychologists can strengthen their professional identity, build confidence in their practice, and navigate the complexities of the profession. I am particularly interested in burnout prevention and helping psychologists develop meaningful, sustainable careers that allow them to thrive both professionally and personally.

My passion for this work has been shaped by a diverse career across multiple sectors. I started my career in business management, with a focus on people and talent management. I then pursued a career in psychology, where I spent ten years at The University of Sydney completing three degrees (BA(Hons), MCP, PhD) and working in a variety of teaching and research roles. I also worked as a psychologist in a private hospital setting, community mental health, private practice and in schools. I currently work in a management role in the public sector focused on the supervision and development of psychologists.

These varied experiences have shaped my interest in helping psychologists navigate the many career pathways within the profession with purpose and clarity. I am also particularly interested in supporting psychologists returning to work after having children and also those who are on a burnout cycle.
